That new Need for Speed game called “Most Wanted” is superb. Insanely good graphics and a quite realistic car handling make this game one of the best racing games I have played since ages. The game is story driven with also very good looking video scenes in the “Fast and Furious” style. You play a street racer that gets cheated in a race and looses his BMW M3. Now you are working your way up in the undergound rankings to get to the guy who cheated you. This is done by completing so called “Milestones”, which are basicly all kinds of unlawful driving challenges with the goal to become a notorious streetracer sought after by the police. In addition there are several types of streetraces against other pimped cars. There are 15 guys on the rang list, you have to beat them one after the other. To be able to challenge your next opponent you need a number of milestones and races completed and also a certain amount of bounty on you. So what you do in the game is drive around completing the stuff you need to get to your next opponent and while doing so earning money to buy new cars or tune your old ones.
Well, to sum it up, it’s a great game, you have to play it to see its full beauty. It even has a Mitsubishi Eclipse in it (which is the car I am driving in reallife). It’s of course the newest one -4th generation- and I only own a 1st generation, but still it’s an Eclipse and that makes good.
