I was really surprised to read this morning that another episode of The Office was released. Actually some three more are being broadcasted before the season’s end.

This episode of The Office is S05E21 and called “The Michael Scott Paper Company”.
Michael hosts a Paper & Pancakes luncheon for his new company. Dwight and Andy pair up for a hunting trip, while Jim is confused when a “rundown” is requested by Charles.

Some episodes earlier Michael went to NY, to corporate, to hear that his branch and management style was doing great while the other branches were not performing that well. Based there on Michael gets sent around to the other branches to explain how. He meets Karen, Jim’s ex girlfriend in one office and sees that she is pregnant. Pam who accompanies Michael is reliefed to speak with Karen and sort things out from the past. This reminds Michael to do the same with his former love, the HR lady. Meanwhile, Dwight and Jim, the new heads of the party planning committee, forget a birthday and have to deal with the fallout. After the end of his engagement, Andy falls for someone new, a client of D&M. This episode is the first part of two, so stay tuned for next week.

This episode is absolutely awesome as Dwight goes mad with different ideas to educate people of fire safety. When Dwight’s fire-safety seminar causes trouble, he decides to help calm the other workers. Michael discovers he’s the main office stressor, so decides to hold a roast, in order to make them feel more comfortable around him. While watching a bootleg video, Andy believes that Jim and Pam are film gurus.

Atmosphere in the office is tense as Andy has yet not found out that Angela is still sleeping with Dwight. He is pissed that no one has RSVP’ed to the wedding (sounds a bit like facebook?) and people think he had found out while actually he had not. So the the office continues to be on eggshell. When Michael tells Andy about the situation (in legendary Michael Scott style), Dwight and Andy take matters into their own hands with a duel. Andy, being physically inferior (remember when he taped his nipples for the run?), posts a note to the wall in the parking lot that Dwight, being a douche, is reading. In the same time he is slowly approaching with his almost silent Prius (Oscar says it is noise-less under 5mph). He nails Dwight to the wall, almost breaking his legs when Andy tells Dwight that her fiancee of course has slept with him twice. Dwight is gutted. Both dump Angela and resume work in the office. Andy cancels the wedding cake while Dwight throws away the bobble head that he was given by Angela. In a side story, the CFO, David Wallace is calling Michael to NY to find out what magic he is working at the office to produce good numbers this year. Michael of course has no clue whatsoever.
