The release of several themes is still delayed due to the themes page still not having updated the user rights. I’d rather use the theme page for presenting my themes then merely publishing them here. In case you are curious, feel free to take a glimpse at qpoz.com for active theme development. The one it currently shows is called bonsai live! I kinda like it, because it looks so freaky. It might be interesting for some people. It’s basically very simple in it’s construction and a total of 6kb in size. Speaking of size. As I posted some days ago in my article How to preserve bandwidth and speed up your site, I will be using moo.tools v1 on h4x3d.com hosted at DH (changing late February or earlier, I’ll let you know). Akismet is heading for 11.000 blocked spam comments. Quite interesting to observe how the Feedburner stats drop if I don’t post a day or two. Be sure to keep subscribed for future quality content!

Another thing, kind of dedicated to the German audience: What the hack is wrong with the new ‘The Simpsons’ episodes? Marge sounds all cranky. There is a rumour going on that this is due to the death of the German Marge voice. Anyone know more? Oh also, akismet has passed the 10.000 blocked spam comments. That’s 10.000 comments I had not to read!
… I just got to know that I passed pretty much all of my exams! With this fortunate notice also comes the announcement of WordPress theme #1 being done. It is based on fGala by fahlstad, but looks quite different. I finished the code cleanup this weekend and am waiting for the wordpress theme site to enable my uploading account. I have uploaded most of my images to my flickr account, upgraded it to pro for 25$ (that’s currently about 15 Euros) and let the pictures flow… Here are some Flyers from various ID&T trance events. As written two days ago, I finished exam number #1, and yesterday the second followed. Tomorrow is the last one (maths) and then I am done. I will dedicate my time to Gareth, my WordPress themes and various other jobs that had to wait. Also, I booked five tickets for Trance Energy 2007 yesterday, so that’s my brother, his old cooking mate Martin (left), me (jez), my girlfriend and hevy. Read More… right so here it is – 2007, let’s see what it is going to be. Just starting this year is an increase of the VAT (value added tax) from 16 to 19 percent, thus everything gets more expensive.. For me 2007 gives more exams to pass (- speaking of: I need to revise even more), hopefully some time to release three themes I have been working on last year (just need to polish them a bit, e.g. add dynamic fields instead of my hard coded navigation etc), as well as one or two projects for Gareth and two celebrity sites launching myself. Hopefully by end January/end February. I also signed up as student researcher for an independent research agency giving me 300 bucks a month… more to come, hang on
